Hi!
I signed up this evening for 4 new phone lines. 3 are with physical SIM cards, and 1 is an esim.
My account page shows that the esim is active, but only 2 of the physical SIM cards have been ordered. I have 4 temp phone numbers.
The person on the phone said she was having technical issues with the fourth phone number so I'm wondering whether it's just delayed or I'm actually going to have to call back in the morning to follow up with the last line.
Any thoughts on this would help.

We're happy to hear you've decided to add new lines with us. May you please confirm if the account change/activation email included details about 4 lines or just the 3? Just trying to figure out if the order was placed for the right number of lines.
Have you been in touch with the support team since you last posted here? Just need a bit more info to assist you further.
