After the 2 years can you return a different phone same model

Thanks for your post! At the end of your Save & Return term, you either can:

1. Return the phone in good working condition.
2. Keep it and pay the Save & Return amount which will be charged to your next bill.

You can find the start and end dates for your Save & Return term in your Save & Return Terms and Conditions that was provided to you when you bought your device.

 If you damage or lose your phone, you have certains options :

• If your phone is damaged, you can have it repaired if you’re enrolled in Device Protection.
• If you lose your phone, you can have it replaced if you’re enrolled in Device Protection.
• If you’re enrolled in AppleCare+, you’re eligible to have your phone repaired or replaced for accidental out-of-warranty damage.
• If you’re not enrolled in any of our Device Protection programs, you’ll need to pay the Save & Return amount at the end of your 2-year Save & Return term (or when you upgrade your phone).

Repaired or replacement phones from these programs are accepted as part of the Save & Return program.

Sending a different device that is the same model would not be accepted as par of the terms, since the IMEI of the phone would not match the one on your account.
