The staff do not accept "return phone" on upfront edge that was purchased in-store from them two years back, unless and until you TRADE it the new phone from them. He is rude too and said "DO NOT COME HERE AGAIN".

Most Rogers retail branded locations should be able to accept Upfront Edge returns with no issue. 🤔
Just for clarity, you may return your phone using any 1 of the 3 ways outlined below:
First, you need to remove your SIM card, memory card and any accessories, as well as delete all data from the phone. Please back up any data you wish to keep before returning your phone. Once you return the phone, it cannot be given back to you under any circumstances.
