Returned new phone to Rogers store but still showing finance in my account

I've been around

I went to Rogers store financed 15 pro, but I didn’t like the plan. So next day I called customer service to cancel the plan, and advices me just need to return to the store. I went to store and told them I already canceled the plan just came back return the phone… and new staff don’t know what to do, said my account already shows 0 balance… the other staff seems like know how to do, and printed me one receipt, so I left… after 4 months… still showing finance in my account but I never got charged for financing fee..
