Hi guys,
I have called your customer service twice to ask for a waybill label in order to return your equipment.
They told me in 48 hours, I do receive it in my inbox but it never came.
This is horrible. I have been charged as it’s past 30 days.
Please kindly reach out to me to resolve help this.

Once your account has been cancelled, the return label should be emailed to you automatically within 2-3 days time. If it is not in your inbox, I would recommend checking your spam or junk mail folder as well, as it can sometimes end up there by mistake.
