I am with Rogers more than 30 years, Rogers sent me the Residential service agreement less than what they withdrew the amount from my bank. I called so many times, no one can help me. Dissapointed. Rogers please help. Very appreciate your help.

I do agree that it's odd that you were billed for more than what was promised on your service agreement. There may have been additional charges, over and above your regular monthly amount. By any chance, were you able to view your billing details via MyRogers on the app or through our website? Once logged into your account profile, you may go to the 'Billing tab' and select the link for 'Download bill (pdf)' for the preferred bill, to view the full breakdown of the charges.
