Rogers wireless customer since 1995. About to switch to another carrier.

I've been around

I’m a Shaw/Rogers home internet customer and a longtime Rogers wireless customer since 1995. I’m due for a device upgrade and want the Infinite Premium plan because I travel to Mexico often. Rogers has been unrelenting in offering me any sort of a retention deal. Can I get any help here? I don’t want to switch but I’m “this close” to pulling the pin. Thanks.
