I was called by the winback team two months ago with a great offer for an iPhone 14 Pro with a device credit on a two year agreement . The following week, I get an email saying that the phone is back ordered and I would need to call Rogers to change to another phone. Unfortunately, changing to another phone also meant that the winback offer would have to be cancelled unless it was done by someone from the winback team. The agent that I was on the phone with requested a callback from someone in the winback team within 48 hours. I did not hear anything so I called Rogers customer report to ask if they could transfer me over to the winback team directly, but they can't. Multiple call back requests over 2 months and I still have not heard back from them once. I did get confirmation that my order was cancelled since Apple no longer makes the iPhone 14 Pro anymore though, with another request to the winback team to follow up within 48 hours. Nothing.
It's worth mentioning that I've also reached out to @CommunityHelps, but they are also unable to do anything about this either.
So if anyone is in a similar situation and you need the winback team to call you, just cancel your service right then and there, it is not worth the hassle.
