I’ve called and been chatting with agents to receiving my credit for first month that was promised but not credited . When someone finally took the time to go into my account and credit me, they didn’t reverse any of the additional fees I had charged due to this error. When I attempted to talk to someone about this , I’m told terms and conditions, and that my conversation I had in January never happened, I’m making it up. Being called a liar was very upsetting, if I had not followed what I was told in January and just pushed harder for the credit (instead of waiting as they asked) I would have been in a credit the last few months instead of getting none stop disconnection fees and high bills. I wrote to management and just get back “thanks for reaching out, call the 1-800 number” which does not help. I want my phone number active but I’m tired of paying for months high bills just to have another one sent. Does Rogers no longer honour what it promises its customers ?
