Hello president officer,
My internet plan with Rogers end in 12/15/2023, but nobody remind me of this. I keep on paying my monthly fee $54.23 online. Only on 12/14/2023 I go online and found something strange with my Rogers account, it appears the big amount of $133.33 to pay due on 1/2/2024. I called immediately and agent told me that my plan is expired and can't renew of this offer. They recommend me to have the 2 year plan each month to pay $62.14 after taxes. I agreed and signed the contract with Rogers.
In this cases the amount $133.33 is not accurate since the new contract is already in effective. So I paid $62.14 today and balance $71.19 still in the account. Pls reimburse back at once. I won't pay this balance and interest happened thereafter.
