I bought a phone online through my rogers account. Unfortunately i lost my phone in November. I submitted claim to likewise and they keep rejecting the proof of purchase. I have been calling rogers everyday from last 2 months and nobody is providing me with the agreement or bill of sales likewise requires. They keep telling me they have escalated the request or opened new ticket but still haven't received the bill of sales.

I would steer FAR FAR FAR VERY VERY FAR away from this Likewise company. I mean, cmon, you do not need to be a rocket scientist to realize that the document you receive in the email, or the Bill of Landing or the delivery waybill are ALL EQUALLY SUFFICIENT as proof of purchase. What year do these guys live in? 1824? having worked in the Telecommunications industry and processing warranty claims for the big 4 telecom companies decades ago, everyone and their dog knows you can accept the Bill of Landing, or the Order Confirmation or the Shipping document, or the packaging slip, as long as it contains the Phone model, IMEI number, and ship/delivery/purchase date.
