Package promos expiring

I've been around

Every year promos on package expire and have to call in. So frustrating this year call in given a price well above what I’m paying I said no please cancel after over 30 years and response was ok Really??? Can I send you to retention or a supervisor to stay as a loyal customer. Ridiculous

@tony52474 Are you and Ignite TV customer or do you have the legacy Digital TV?  With Ignite TV, when your current promotions are about to end, many have found personalized offers on MyRogers.  You can also try sending a private message to @CommunityHelps and ask if there are any promotions available to you.  Unfortunately, it looks like Rogers is no longer offering any promotions to customers with legacy (non-Ignite) services.
