New Device Pricing is Absurd

I've been around

getting near the end of my 2 year plan (with devices needing to be returned, my mistake). it seems to get a new device i need a new plan, which is more money.  I understand a few dollars difference but we're talking my monthly bill for my wife and I nearly tripling in cost. Maybe @CommunityHelps can help? I just want a new device with the same plan.

If you wish to explore price plan options for hardware upgrades (Financing or Save & Return) I would recommend you to speak to our Customer Care team over the phone or live chat. Alternatively you could also visit a retail store for this.
