Never sent my phone and account was cancelled

I'm a new customer. Wanted a phone plan with an Apple iphone. My phone is ancient so happy to receive an offer with iPhone 11. 

Phone never arrived after more than a week. 

I phoned Customer Service 1-888 764-3771. Was told my account was cancelled  but couldn't tell me why. Told me I needed to phone 1 888 383-2070 to find out why. I called and the number is invalid!

Bye Bye Rogers.
