I have provided all the documents and Likewize kept rejected a document which was proof of purchase. I have submitted Device Financing agreement. They kept on asking for Bill of Sale which I didn't received since I ordered this device online directly with Rogers. Since device was financed there is no Bill of Sale for such transaction as per Rogers. Also bill of sale only issued when device is purchased. On the other hand on Likewize website it clearly states proof of purchase documents are accepted such as 1) Original Purchase Receipt - Any date 2)Store Payment Receipt-Any date 3)Genius Bar Repair Receipt (For Apple devices only) - Any date 5)Device Financing Agreement - Which was submitted.
Also I provided all the emails which were received from Rogers and all the communications were sent as well.
At the end they rejected my claim and they denied to provide me the reason. Rogers was no help during this process. I have called multiple times and escalated this matter multiple times.

Call ROGERS office of the president. They might help you with this

Honestly guys, I suggest going straight to the CRTC or BBB. I went through their biased escalation process whereby the results of their investigstion were in their favor, shocker. They're scared of the CRTC and are at the mercy of this Shaw. 😉
