Still Waiting on Upfront Edge Return Package

I've been here awhile

Ordered and received my new iPhone 14 during the black friday sales and am still waiting to receive this upfront edge return package. Its been more than a week at this point and I am wondering if I should just head to a Rogers store and deliver it myself. Not sure how to push this issue further I don't want to get charged the 500$ price of the edge bill.

Is the prepaid label and instructions not available in your MyRogers account?

Where might this label and instructions be located? I can’t seem to find them anywhere. Worst case scenario I’ll just return it in person on my day off

For upgrades done online or through Customer Care, the return kit should be shipped to you so that you can return your device. Did you indicate you wanted to return your previous device at the time of the upgrade?

 

Alternatively, you can surely return your phone to any participating Rogers store, to ensure it is done in a timely manner.
