Today I tired to phone customer service and I happened to be growing Rogers.com before calling. I navigated to the Deals page from the header and found the phone number for customer service at the bottom of the page next to the live chat and locate a store buttons. The phone number there was 1-800-ROGERS1 which brought me to a prompt that wanted me to hang up and push a #8*** number for a fee of $4.99 - Now I have always been able to take to customer support for free so I pushed live chat to find out what's up. Apparently the number for support is actually 1-888-ROGERS1 - This seems to be an error on the website that may be leading to unnecessary fees for customers at the very least, or it may be a sophisticated phishing scam... Rogers, please make sure the correct phone number is listed on every page of your website.
