I have been trying to add a line to my Roger’s account for a IPad Pro and kind of getting the run around by different Roger’s agents. I had one tell me I couldn’t add a tablet line on the Live Chat and then another tell me he was getting a credit check done in order to add the tablet which would take a couple days, it has been over two weeks and no one knows about this credit check when I checked back in. Last week I talked to another agent who told me my order for an IPad Pro was ordered and would update in a day or two in My Account showing the order and it has been a week and nothing has happened . I have a Roger’s account in good standing with an internet line and a cell phone, even paid off first phone with them a few months after joining. Getting the run around and reaching out here for help.

I understand that you’ve been given conflicting information and have experienced delays in the process. Have you tried adding the tablet line from your MyRogers account profile? Adding a line through self-serve will save you the Service Setup Fee.
