I have three mobile phones on my account and have had for many years, for each of my wife, daughter, and son. I am not looking for any sort of loyalty discount or non-advertised offer. I would like to simply choose the same mobile plan being offered to my son, for each of the phone on my account. Currently my son is being offered a more attractive plan (in terms of cost/GBs) than my daughter - creating unwanted inequity in my house. And my wife is being offered a considerably worse plan for her phone. They are all phones on the same account!
I have spoken to numerous customer service reps, sales reps, and "loyalty" reps - all of whom eventually get around to telling me "I'm not authorized to tell you why this is".
Why can I not choose the same plan - that is already being offered to me - for each of the phones on my account. They are all iphones. In some cases they were phones actually purchased on the same day! No special treatment - just consistency.

Thanks for the inquiry. I too can appreciate consistency and the best value for my dollar. With that said, there are many factors regarding the availability of a plan. As our plans are always changing and evolving, factors like our Financing program and Upfront Edge Program can certainly impact your eligibility.
