In Store Activation and Hidden Charges on My Bill

Hello!!When I transferred from Fido to Rogers in the mobile shop, there is a technical issue and the sales helped me to call Rogers 3 times to register and activate my information on 20. Dec, 2023, unfortunately, the call just being hung up again and again, and then the forth time ,finally the agent helped me registered remotely, but said to my sales that though on my contract it will show only $10 for financing program promotion, but it will apply $30 on my bill for financing program promotion and will note the interaction ID. Today I received my bill information on Rogers app, but the $30 did not apply, most importantly, there is an additional $1.94 for one-time charges and credits that even did not show on my contract. PLUS $60 ACTIVATION FEE !!! I am very angry and not happy with your service after waiting 3.5 hours in the store and get this result!!!!!!!Can you imagine that 3 agent from your call center just hung up when my sales showed patient and spendt time to verify information and wait and call again!

Thank you for posting your concern, and welcome to our Community.

 

It's disappointing to hear about your frustrating experience, and it's completely understandable why you would feel angry and dissatisfied. Switching from Fido to Rogers at a third-party store may have advantages as they may have exclusive promotions. However, we don't have access to these promotions. Please visit the same third-party store to sort out all your concerns.
