I’m yet to conclude my phone upgrade on the app but couldn’t checkout and not sure why

Encountering difficulties while attempting to upgrade your phone through Self-Serve using the MyRogers app could be better. There could be several possible reasons why you couldn't checkout, such as:

  • Some components blocking your device's browser from checking out
  • Your plan may not be compatible; typically, you need an in-market compatible plan for a device upgrade.
