How long does it take to get a refund?

How long does it take to get a refund?  Its difficult to get through to speak to someone on the phone.

The length of time it may take for a refund to be processed is dependent on a few different factors. If your account has been cancelled, then the refund would be issued by cheque within 2-3 weeks after your Final Invoice has been issued.
