We caneclled the Rogers internet serviec in Feb/Mar and on Mar 14th we sent white tower with the mailing lable provided by Rogers.
July, my wife found Rogers has been chanrgeing her credit card non stop and it was over $715 dollar.
As of today. I can't find another one could help and the waiting ling has be cut off from Rogers.
Is there any one could help me please?

I had the same issue of getting charged over $200 for a cancelled internet plan. I had to contact them several times to get it fixed and every agent said different things so wish you best of luck. I would say you need persistence to push them to give you a credit back and then you will have to wait another month to get a cheque sent to your address if they have it on file because they say they can't do anything else for cancelled plans.
