I have been out of internet for the whole day, called Rogers for 6 times until 10:30pm….No one can help with the issue. Was told i need to upgrade my modem, fine, please upgrade….then was told monthly fee will double…..i have ran out of all of my words…i am still OUT OF internet service!b!
