Misleading Offer

The agent give me a trick offer, they give a trick offer to make change my internet service from bell to rogers, after that they told me the offer is for Ontario NOT NB.

Welcome to the community forums. I'm sorry to hear that you had a disappointing experience when moving your business over to Rogers. That is not how we would have liked things to go. 😞

By any chance, did the sales person clearly document the offer on your account? We would like to have a closer look into this to see if we can help make things right.
