Like the title says, I was told that I would be getting a call from the fraud department in regards to a case I had opened and I have yet to receive a singular call from them. I have made multiple requests for them to call me and the customer service agents I have spoken to in the past have assured me that they would call me back and I still have heard nothing. Instead, I am getting multiple calls from a third-party customer satisfaction survey.
I want to be explicitly clear here that the customer service agents did everything that they could do for me, it is the company that is failing me.

It is unusual to go this long without receiving a single call from the Fraud Department if your account has been flagged for fraud.

I am also going on 4 weeks of trying to get someone to call me back after I have had my ID verified and I have only been given the contact information of someone named Yasmine. I don't have a phone to receive a call back on but she only has voicemail. I don't understand what it going on.
