I signed up for 2.5 gig internet in March and I’m only getting 1.5 gig as Rogers don’t even have the 2.5 gig speed available, on top of that the discounts never applied and I’m paying more than double what was offered to me! It’s been 4 months now and billing still not corrected!

I'm sorry to hear about your speed and billing troubles. Have you gone ahead and contacted our customer service and technical support teams to have the matters investigated? If so, were they able to provide you with a solution?
