Exclusive Monthly Discount - Customer Appreciation “Gift"

Hello,

I am attempting to access an offer received by text from Rogers a few days ago.  The link is broken and there is no similar offer on my account.  I have tried from my phone as well as my laptop.  Just finished a chat with a specialist and it went nowhere.  “Raymond” stated the offers on my account with upgraded data were the only offer.  And that I was already on an offer which is true from last fall.  But this is a new, entirely separate offer.  Raymond stated he was just telling me "how it works".  LOL   Take it or leave it.  I left it as I am not looking for a data upgrade.  I have two BYO phones on my account with data we do not came close to using at this point.  Very basic phone usage.   His advice was to visit  a Rogers store to show the text that I "say” offers $10 discount for 15 months.   I have received these offers previously from Rogers and am 100% sure it is not spam.  Any help would be greatly appreciated.

I've been here awhile

Thank you I have sent a message.  I did chat with “Neil” on Saturday afternoon and he stated the offer would be applied to my account.  Currently my account does not reflect any changes or have I received an email stating changes were applied to my account.
