Employee discount removed

I was in the rogers app and there was a plan that was of better price. When i switched to it, it removed my $20 dollar x 24 month employee device discount and potentially my 50% off too… im so upset and don’t know what to do. Can anyone help?

Hello Ybeezy,

It is my understanding that promotional plans and promotional credits/discounts are not eligible for the employee discount, so unless you change back to a current in-market plan and remove your promotional discounts you then will be re-eligible for the employee discount.

You might want to call employee services to confirm/double check the policy and find out which plans fall under which category and how to re-activate your discount.
