The employee at the store removed my appreciation discount by mistake. Now not sure how to get it back. the agent on the phone said I can’t have any discount associated to an account? only on plans. I told him, it was an old employee discount. It’s as if he wasn’t sure what it was.
What do I do? I feel almost scammed 😞
