How do i activate my Disney account that came with signing up with the new Xfinity TV? Rogers is horrible for providing info😪

I wish that worked, i already tried and said i had to pay for Disney. I was supposed to get an email from Rogers saying what channels i was getting and how to log into Disney. But nope. All i got was a contract and bill ☹️

In that case I suggest you PM the mods on this forum:
When logged into the forum, click on @CommunityHelps . On the page that comes up, you'll see a link near the top right of the screen to "send a message". If you're using a tablet or phone, you may need to switch your browser to the desktop version. How to do that will depend on the device but a web search should find it. There may be some back and forth required while Rogers get your personal information to look into your account. Personal information is not allowed in this forum.
When logged into the forum, check the envelope icon at the top right of the screen for messages. You would usually also receive an e-mail that you have a PM, but it may have ended up in your spam folder...
For your channels, check out the instructions below:
You can login to MyRogers on a device like a phone or tablet, then go to - TV - "View My Channel Lineup" - view as pdf - forward that to wherever you choose (top right of the pdf screen).

Thank you for the help, but when i did the Activate my Disney Plus, it gave me a code and when i tried to activate through Disney it said i had to pay. I guess i will leave it for now and hope i get an email from Rogers this week.
