Disney Promo for Xfinity.

How do i activate my Disney account that came with signing up with the new Xfinity TV? Rogers is horrible for  providing info😪

Say "Activate Disney Plus" into the voice commands of your remote control. You should then be able to follow the on-screen instructions to activate it by logging into the Disney website with your Rogers credentials and getting a code to put into your TV screen via the remote.

I wish that worked, i already tried and said i had to pay for Disney. I was supposed to get an email from Rogers saying what channels i was getting and how to log into Disney. But nope. All i got was a contract and bill ☹️

In that case I suggest you PM the mods on this forum:

When logged into the forum, click on @CommunityHelps  .  On the page that comes up, you'll see a link near the top right of the screen to "send a message".  If you're using a tablet or phone, you may need to switch your browser to the desktop version. How to do that will depend on the device but a web search should find it.  There may be some back and forth required while Rogers get your personal information to look into your account.  Personal information is not allowed in this forum.  

When logged into the forum, check the envelope icon at the top right of the screen for messages.  You would usually also receive an e-mail that you have a PM, but it may have ended up in your spam folder...

For your channels, check out the instructions below:

You can login to MyRogers on a device like a phone or tablet, then go to - TV - "View My Channel Lineup" - view as pdf - forward that to wherever you choose (top right of the pdf screen).

Thank you for the help, but when i did the Activate my Disney Plus, it gave me a code and when i tried to activate through Disney it said i had to pay. I guess i will leave it for now and hope i get an email from Rogers this week.

Months ago I activated the “Disney+” promotion. I received the link to use this promotion, but did not ever activate it at the time as I had a paid subscription.  After my paid subscription was expired,  I wanted to activate the promotion.. But, I cannot find this link, and I have no way to activate this offer. I was on a previous chat with ROGERS, and the technician said there was no way to resend a link for the promotion, and to contact Disney. I contacted Disney and they said:” Sadly, we cannot activate accounts with offers from Rogers because it's usually done via the link they send you. Unfortunately, it's not possible to reset an account.”

It’s a runaround…so frustrating.. no one can reset the link, no one can help.. it is SOO Frustrating.. useless promotion if there is no way to reset links..

I apologize for any runaround that you've had trying to activate this offer. If you've lost or did not receive the activation email, you will need to login to MyRogers and activate through the Disney+ banner located on the TV dashboard.

Have you logged into your MyRogers account to check for the Disney+ banner? We do have an escalation process for these circumstances should all else fail.

No, there is no banner anymore... I had 'activated' it. got the link in the email,but because i had an onging Disney+, did not use it right away till my subscription run out. When I got an agent that elevated this to level 2, I was promised a new link to activate my Disney+ through Rogers. I was told that would take 3 days. It has been 6 days. No joy, no banner, no link.

So i finally got Disney Plus. Spoke with Disney and they sent me to Rogers, then Rogers sent me to Disney. Had it looked at by a Supervisor. They sent me to Rogers Tech, and within 24hrs it was able to be used. 🎉
