Customer service is terrible

I've been around

I signed up in mid December and am already cancelling my Ignite TV. Customer Service Rep in the neighborhood promised popular TV package, Crave, AppleTv and internet for $120/month. Apparently when the CSR entered the order, it did not include Crave. I phoned Rogers multiple times to get resolved. Unable to. On my last call, was passed around to 4 people then hung up on. I feel scammed, I was promised a service to get me signed up but no follow through

Thank you for letting us know about your situation! I appreciate you took the time to bring this up to our attention.

 

If I understand correctly, your sales representative mentioned that Crave was to be included in your TV package but it is not and that leads you to reconsider keeping Rogers as your service provider. Is that right?
