I've been here awhile

Worst experience yet again!
First my ID gets stolen from Rogers and then you just keep messing up my account.
They’ll you on hold forever and/or say they will call back and don’t. New customers get the better service and current customers pay more. At least you don’t disappoint. Always a hassle and for nothing.

No you won’t.
I have lost all trust in Rogers.
You say conversations are recorded and say you’re making notes in my file but no one knows anything when I call. Nothing but lies. I’m the fool for staying with you!
