What an experience that i had from one of the Rogers customer service agent
Times are tough I can understand you might be having a bad day but the way that this customer service agent talked to me was so horrible
I cant imagine this type of service is gonna go to other consumer ever
Yelling is no reason on the call
Rather we have to find the solution
I understand my questions were different but I guess these people are getting paid for to resolve these things only and if cant be resolved and find solution for me Rather than forcing me to talk to different department
Wow cant imagine telling my friend ever to try rogers

If you ever get the agent Erikha she is terrible to deal with experience when I requested a return lablel she made up some excuse of not being able to to that accept some QR code which some canda posts office will not accept.

Rogers’ online customer service is an absolute joke! I wasted HOURS trying to get help, only to be left waiting with no response. They clearly don’t have enough agents, or they just don’t care about their customers. After all that waiting, the chat ended with ZERO resolution. What a complete disgrace! I will NEVER use Rogers again. If you’re considering them—DON’T! There are plenty of better providers out there who actually respect their customers’ time.

I sat in the queue for over two hours waiting to speak with somebody. I was 97th then it came to number one and then they ended the chat without even starting the chat. I was so upset. This is poor customer service. I need to know a few things on my account I called at 7 PM Atlantic time and they were closed so I figured the chat might be fairly quick. I didn’t wanna talk to the robot so I waited in the queue for over two hours to speak to a person and lo and behold nothing it would be nice if someone could give me a call. I would appreciate it, but I doubt that will happen just to sell me something’s probably when I get a call for.
