Been have issues with our internet loosing connection intermittently and it has progressively gotten worse for 3 weeks now. Reached out to tech and they identified the modem is failing. Told them bell is offering fibre on our block for $65.00/month, no rental, no installation fee and includes a streamer box.
They offered to upgrade the modem and the service for what we are already paying. Wouldn't budge on price. Where's the incentive to stay?
