You definitely want that in writing that they will pay the remaining finance charges for your device from Rogers. As a former Telus customer who used to spend a lot of time on their forums. Every time I have seen that mentioned, it never happened and those customers were not happy.

Thanks for the advice, much appreciated. I have a Coportate plan with Telus and have two accounts for friends under my name - Guess you can call me a straddling customer between Rogers and Telus 🙂
