Not a customer anymore, but I have a significant credit balance on my account.
How long does it generally take for Rogers to issue me a cheque for that balance?

Hi @Lurker_Returns,
Thank you for your contributions to the forums and do apologize to hear that you are no longer a customer with us.
Once your final invoice is issued then the remaining credit balance will be refunded in the form of a cheque in the account holder’s name and sent to the address on file. Once sent this can take up to 6 weeks from the date of that final invoice for you to receive it.
Delays with mailing can factor in as well but if it has been past 2 months and you still have not received it then feel free to
to send us a private message to @CommunityHelps so we can look into this further for you. For more information on how our Private Messaging system works, please check out our blog.
