rogers ignite connection and wifi problems

I lost connection to my iBrantford ignite wifi box at ten this morning. Can not connect to Tv. Using phone to connect my computer to the internet.

Welcome and thanks for sharing your internet connection issues with the rest of the community! I realize how inconvenient something like this can be. 😞

Firstly, have you tried rebooting your modem? To do so, simply unplug both the power cord and coaxial for about 2 minutes and then plug everything back in making sure it's tight and secure.

Also, are all of your devices unable to connect?
