Cancelling Services with Rogers

I called rogers this morning to discuss my bill. Contract was over and I am still paying higher bill. I am 100% sure the agent lied to me that she is from loyalty department. Call 611 doesn’t bring you to loyalty department. STOP LYING TO YOUR CUSTOMERS. Rogers don’t care if you cancel your services. But as soon as you cancel it and move with other providers winback team will start bugging you. But they put 0% efforts in retaining customers when we call them. Rogers thinks customers need them. At the end of day, rogers need customers. Terrible service and very cold customer service. At this point, it is best for us to leave them. We are not here to waste our time calling them and begging them for good plans. Once we move from rogers will definitely not be coming back to them in future. If we are paying them we expect good customer service as well.

To clarify, you can reach the Care department that deals with loyalty and retention/cancellation, depending on the option you choose, by calling 611. It's disappointing to hear that you feel misled and have faced difficulties with our customer service.
