Welcome to our peer-to-peer Community! Thank you for your post. The accounts only get cancelled when the account holder contacts the Care department for cancellation. Have you contacted the Care department?
Please provide us with more details, such as whether it's a residential or business account, wireless or Internet/TV, etc., so we can better assist you.
