Absolutely terrible customer service and competitivity in Newfoundland. Cannot believe the rip-off which is Rogers.

I've been around

I'm 70 years old and paying nearly $200 per month for the most basic cable package (with 5 channels), the most basic internet service (75 mbps) and a landline with nationwide + US calling. Cannot believe how badly we are gouged in NL compared to other provinces. I'm tempted to drop Rogers altogether and simply do Starlink for internet, drop the TV, and just have a cell phone, bringing my monthly bill down to ~50% of what it is with the most BASIC packages at Rogers. 

 

Absolutely insane.

I completely understand how important it is to maintain an affordable cable and Internet package. It would be a loss for us to lose you as a customer. Are you currently on the legacy services?  Have you had a chance to call in to speak to our customer support team? If yes, have they spoken to you about the Ignite TV services?
