Wanted to know if this is common or if anyone else has experienced this. After being passed around a bit trying to resolve a billing issue I was hung up on instead of transfered. I had been on the phone for over about 5 hrs and had allready called twice today. What is going on over there? That is bordering on inhumane.

The phone support has been overwhelming recently, depending on the time of the day. Being on hold for that long and getting dropped before the resolution can be frustrating.
