Hey enthusiasts,
I got a phone from Rogers last month along with a plan. I also used my Rogers Preferred Program code.
When I signed up for the plan, I asked the representative if it included 1,000 international minutes to Bangladesh. He assured me that it was included at no additional cost (I believe he mentioned something about a promotional offer). However, when I checked the MyRogers app, I couldn't find any option or indication of international minutes being included.
As a newcomer to this country and an international student who needs to call home frequently, this has been quite confusing for me. I’d like to ask if anyone here could help me with this situation or guide me on what to do next.
