Is there an easy way to arrange for an exchange of defective Netbox? Perhaps by email?

Hi Steve,
I called a few Rogers store for YA! What they said is Rogers no longer has them in store.
Therefore, chat & call center is the only way to replace them right now.
HANG IN THERE ON THE CHAT STEVE!!! 😄

Thanks for calling, I called a store too and got the same answer. I guess waiting is my only option.
