Big Button remote

Tried today, 2022-12-13 to purchase a Big Button remote at one of the Brampton Rogers stores and I was told that that item is no longer available! Since not all TV viewers have perfect vision and pointy fingers, the Big Button remote seemed to have been a necessity for those (customers) viewers. Does Rogers have a way to help these people enjoy their Ignite TV viewing?

Rogers has the "big button" Royal remote for Ignite TV .  Simply request them by sending a private message to @CommunityHelps and they will ship the remotes to your address free of charge.

They are IR-only remotes, so they will not support Voice Commands, and you will also need to point them directly at the Ignite set-top box.  They also lack Page Up and Page Down buttons, which are used to page through the Guide and to skip forward and skip back when watching programs.  Otherwise, they work great and the buttons are much easier to press than the ones on the XR15 remote.
