Bulk agreement upgrade attempt.

This is the worst customer service ever. I have sent 4 times to the end of the line waiting over 90 minutes because I was transferred to the wrong department.  I am not sure how the can do any business with such a poor quality customer service.

Does Global on Ignite TV get DD5.1?

With digital cable, Global (Ch 517) only offers stereo soundtracks when the same show under a US station (eg CBS Ch 523) has DD5.1. Is this still the case with Ignite TV? Any insights would be appreciated.
