Hello,
Feature Request
Currently, the Ignite TV experience of changing a channel through the web (using a web browser) involves an abundance of clicking around. First you have to close an active channel by clicking the X button. Then you have to scroll to the next available channel in the listing view. Click a designated channel, and then hit Watch. From there, if you were watching full-screen, you have to re-enter full-screen by tapping the full-screen button.
The process of changing a channel (think of it like channel surfing) is a nuisance. Please add a player keyboard shortcut (right or left arrow) to cycle to the next/previous available channel.
Bonus: Simply add chevron arrows << and >> to the on-screen display when you hover over the player to cycle between channels too. This was previously available in a previous iteration of Rogers Internet TV playback on an older player.
Thanks in advance for implementing this player feature.
Tl;DR - Allow for channel surfing by adding a keyboard shortcut, and or on-screen display. See screenshot.

I would love that option too, I'm a big channel surfer (there a shows that I discover that way), I remember having that option back with Anyplace TV.
Also they (Comcast, the provider for the software), need to fix the volume setting not saving issue, I need to lower the volume everyday or everytime the page need refresh. Also an issue that about 1-2 time a week I get randomly logout in the middle of a recording or live feed, and had to re-login.
