Do I have Flex Channels? How can I tell?

bscrivens
I plan to stick around

My package name is called "Popular TV" and when I'm on MyRogers it says I have 104 channels. My only option for changing channels seems to be "Add a channel or theme pack to this lineup for a low monthly cost."

And when I look at other packages, I don't see anything about flex channels on any of them. Do I have flex channels or not, and would it cost more to get them?

It would currently cost me $7 extra a month to get FOX Sports Racing, or $10 extra per month to get the "Theme Pack" which contains FOX Sports Racing and a few other channels.

I would rather just exchange one of the many channels I don't watch now and get FOX Sports Racing.

The current Xfinity TV packages do not offer any Flex Channel options. If you don’t see an “Exchange Flex Channels” button in MyRogers then you have a fixed-channel package.

That said, even when we did have Flex Channels, the mid and lower-tier packages had fewer Flex Channel choices. With the old Popular package, Space (CTV SciFi) was not available. With Premier, those subscribers had more choices but Rogers also suddenly decided to remove Fox Sports Racing as a Flex Channel choice, even from those that had subscribed to that channel.

I hear you but from what I know, Rogers' Popular TV package no longer includes Flex Channels as of Nov 1, 2023; offering fixed channel lineups instead.
