XiOne and harmony remote

I can’t for the life of me find the XiOne box on my harmony remote list of providers/products.  

has anyone had any luck?

@Gdouf : Have you tried Comcast, Xfinity?  Rogers licenses the technology from Comcast.  If you're using a Harmony Hub, it needs to be placed carefully close to the IR "eye" of the Rogers box. There are several threads regarding Harmony if you search for "Harmony, Ignite" or similar terms in this forum.  Sample below.

Hi - I have been trying to add the XiOne box to my Harmony Remote as well and can't find it in the devices.  Any luck on the specific device and model to use to add?

Is there a listing in the Harmony Website for Comcast?  XFinity? as I mentioned in my previous post?  How about Shaw BlueCurve?  How about Technicolor? Xi6? The remote for this new box is the same as the one for the previous boxes so that should work.  Be aware, as I mentioned, that the IR port on these boxes is very "sensitive" and the Harmony remote needs to be pointed directly at the box without any obstructions since IR is used.  If you're using a harmony hub, it needs to have its IR signal lined up with the IR "Eye" on the box, or, perhaps, placed on top of the box.  

As you probably know, Harmony is no longer producing/selling their remotes, but they are supposedly supporting them.  Have you tried contacting Harmony?

Good news!  I was able to add Rogers Xi6-T to my Harmony remote and so far so good!  Will add another post after using it for a few days and flag any issues.

Had to place the IR blaster right in front of the STB to get a response.

I got this information from Reddit and it works perfectly with my old Harmony One. My remote doesn`t even have the DVR button, but the menu method works perfectly.

Model: AX061AEI

The DVR button will not go directly to the recordings,
you need to press menu and access them that way.
